I stole this idea from another blog. The garland is made up of 4 different fabrics and crepe leaves. It is what I classify as a "white trash" project. Basically, it means if I am able to do it AND make it turn out cute than anyone can do it. That is true of any craft/project that I do because I don't have that kind of talent. Enjoy!
